Our estate and home are located on Les Hill, a magnificent vineyard site seemingly created for viticulture, where the Spirit of the Place touches both people and nature alike. In its honor, we crafted this flagship wine.
Alongside the perfect balance of acidity and sugar, delicate notes of apricot and the fragrance of white flowers emerge, further enhancing the wine’s complexity. As a result of organic farming and spontaneous fermentation, this wine is defined by natural purity, high complexity, and the elegant minerality of the Les Hill terroir.
Its low histamine content and vegan character make it an ideal choice even for the most sensitive wine lovers.
