The winery produces many exceptionally good wines, but the Sauvignon Blanc is one of their strongest works. It has a typical, varietal aroma with spices, lots of freshly cut grass, apples and citrus: and the elderflower cannot be left out either. The taste is beautiful and pleasant, with a long finish, strong acids and passion fruit.
