The aim of the Single Block series is to create a harmonious blend of fruitiness and terroir. The L5 vineyard, where sustainable farming and an environmentally conscious approach play an important role, is located on the edge of the Seaview Vineyard, just 900 meters from the sea. The aroma shows pure thyme with mineral notes of oyster shell. The palate is rich and textured, with fresh minerality and a long finish.
