Schieber Grüner Veltliner puts the freshness and elegance of the variety at the center. With its pale lemon yellow color, fresh aromas and light character, it is a true summer white wine that shows the diversity of Grüner Veltliner in every sip.
Both its aroma and taste are dominated by citrus and lime notes, complemented by delicate stone fruit nuances. Thanks to the reductive maturation, an extremely airy, clean and vibrant style of wine was born, which is made really lovable by lively acids and harmonious structure. The variety is one of the best-known grapes in Austria, which is excellently able to show its fresh, fruity side in this modern processing.
Due to its lightness and refreshing character, it is a great gastronomic partner. It goes particularly well with grilled fish, fresh salads, seafood, but is also an excellent choice with a citrus chicken breast or light poultry dish. It shows its best face when consumed freshly chilled.
