Description
Its explosively fresh citrus aroma is made more complex by a delicately restrained yeastiness and slightly floral notes, which are enriched by the play of intensely bursting small carbonic acid bubbles. The 12-month maturation on fine brooms mostly follows the younger style of traditionally made sparkling wines, mainly reminiscent of juicy white-fleshed fruits, grapefruit, lime, gooseberry, and green apple. Its rich finish is also dominated by light freshness, which closes with a delicately tart taste so typical of this category and with slightly salty-mineral notes typical of the place of production.
