Description
Hungaricum grape variety, the stamen companion of the blue-stemmed variety. Made with a reductive process, it has a lively acidity, with greenish, citrus notes typical of the variety. Due to its low alcohol content, I recommend it consumed on its own or with light dishes and salads. I like it best as an ice-cold spritz.
