Description
I produce green vellet in three vineyards. Csóka brings minerality because of the limestone, Vajal brings complex content because of the brown forest soil and the proximity of the forest, while Látó-hegy brings airy lightness because of the loess. A substantial item, an indispensable companion to Hungarian appetizers and soups.
In Mór, children were encouraged to dance or play music in their early school years. My mother taught me to dance, but she thought I should try playing music instead. I played trumpet in the Mór Youth Brass Band for several years under the direction of conductor Sándor Acsai. I was less skilled, but I really liked the company. I still have friends from the band to this day. That's where the three musicians come from. The tenor gives the rhythm, the baritone the bass, and the trumpet the melody. It's the same in the bottle.
