Description
The fruit of the Fáy-domb vineyard's Cabernet Franc and Kékfrankos - produced for red wine - grape plots was soaked on the skins for only 72 hours before being pressed. It fermented spontaneously in 225 and 500 liter Kádár barrels, then matured in a dedicated 1000L barrel until bottling in February 2025. Few tannins, lots of fruit, nice body. A wine rich in aroma; the character is outlined by sour cherries, cherries, beets, and hecsedli. A must-have summer drink, but typically a wine that can stand on its own in any season. Let it cool a little.
