special quality wine selected from the Ördögárok vineyard in Villány, made exclusively from the Merlot variety, which can only be found in outstanding vintages. The winemaker also wanted to emphasize its specialness with the name, as he named it Il Magnifico after Lorenzo Medici (the Hungarian equivalent of the Latin magnifico is great, wonderful). The grapes and the wine made from it must meet such extraordinary expectations as a unique flavor world and complexity. It matures in new barrique barrels for 24 months. Its appearance and deep dark color encompass all the beauty of the vintage and terroir. Its exuberant taste and aroma lean towards milk chocolate, sour cherries with rum, prunes and tobacco. We recommend it with chocolate desserts, cigars and special moments.
