Description
Ohmerops comes from the Malomoldali vineyard and is made from selected Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Cabernet Franc grapes. We apply a yield restriction in the vineyard in order to achieve the most concentrated fruit. We hand-pick the grapes in 15 kg crates, then we apply a double selection. We select a bunch first, then the grapes. Only the completely healthy grapes are put into the fermenter, where the raw material ferments on the skins for 21 days. In the meantime, we gently macerate the mash, then mature in oak barrels, which gives the wine its "roundness". An exciting, complex and harmonious wine was born, with a scent of prunes and blackberry jam. Fruity flavors and decorative notes resulting from the maturation appear in the mouth. A truly distinctive, characteristic Szekszárd wine. We recommend consuming it at 16 C.
