Description
A blend of Grenache and Syrah. Battonage technology, it is kept on lees for 2 months, then the maturation continues for another 2 months in 500 liter French barrels. Its color resembles black cherry, with a purple edge. Ripe red and black berry fruits can be observed in the aroma. The fruitiness almost explodes in the sip, which is sufficiently long in a wine that is slightly more full-bodied than medium.
