Demuerte One is a distinctly fruity red wine made from Monastrell, with a touch of Cabernet Sauvignon added for color.
A brilliant red, lively and refreshing red wine that embodies the traditional character of the wine region and the Monastrell variety: bold and fruity. Hand-harvested from limestone soils, from vines over 15 years old. Monastrell (90%) complemented by Cabernet Sauvignon (10%) to enrich the spectrum of flavors with an international variety. Aged in French Allier oak barrels for a minimum of 6 months. A deep cherry-red wine, intense and "sweet," with aromas reminiscent of ripe red fruit, complemented by sweet spices and nuances from barrel aging. Medium-bodied, with soft tannins and a slight earthiness that plays well with the acids and makes the flavor excitingly round.
