Description
When we smell the glass, we feel the unmistakable aroma that is typical of Italian Riesling. Apple, almond, North Balaton terroir. When tasting, we experience that the strong acids draw the backbone of the wine; thanks to this, the citrusy, mineral notes are in the foreground in the first half of the sip, and then in the second half and on the finish, ripe yellow-fleshed fruits unfold. A juicy, vibrant wine that can be paired with fried squid, mature sheep's cheese (such as pecorino) or poultry flavored with rosemary.
