Description
After the 2017 Merlot, the 2019 is finally in the bottle, which shows and gives a little more of everything than the previous vintage. The raw material comes from organic farming, spontaneously fermented and no other additives were added to the wine except for minimal sulfur! Exciting, plum jam, cedar, sweet spicy aroma. The sip is almost bite-sized, huge body, yet refined flavors, ripe plum, black cherry and anise. Great merlot!
