Description
Its color is reminiscent of orange, but it is far from it. Its complex varietal composition is also reflected in its rich aroma, which is nicely complemented by the combination of aromas from fermentation on the skins, such as elder, linden and acacia flowers. In the mouth, the floral aroma is replaced by full flavors, the taste of southern fruits such as grapefruit, orange and ripe linden leaves. Thanks to the 21-day fermentation on the skins, the taste has a complex and deep content, which is still fresh and crunchy. All of this is nicely rounded off by the structured tannin structure.
