Description
At the request of Borháló, Tamás Borbély crafted a limited-edition wine for us using one of the Badacsony wine region’s most renowned grape varieties. The Szürkebarát (Pinot Gris) variety thrives in the region's soil and climate, yielding wines with a full body and distinct minerality. They sought to highlight these characteristics through a combination of tank and barrel aging, resulting in a wine that is deeply mineral yet playful and fruity in style.
We recommend serving it chilled to 11–13°C alongside pork dishes, though it also makes for a delightful, refreshing *fröccs* (wine spritzer) in warm weather.
