Description
90% Grenache, complemented by 10% Syrah. The grapes, harvested from vines that are an average of 35 years old, were macerated for 19 days and fermented at a constant 29°C, and then aged for 11 months. Deep red color, with occasional purple flashes. The aroma is a mix of violets and raspberries, accompanied by minty chocolate and liqueur notes on the palate. Powerful tannins and a fine structure. Elegant, characterful and lively at the same time
