Chateau de L'Ou
Château de L’Ou is a family-owned winery in southern France at the foot of the Pyrenees, which has been farming organically since 1998. The winemaking couple, Séverine and Philippe Bourrier, work on several terroirs – flatlands and hilly areas – so their wines are both fresh and complex. The estate takes its name from a unique egg-shaped spring that symbolizes the power of nature. This philosophy is reflected in the wines, which are characterized by a natural, pure character, deep fruitiness, and an elegant structure. The estate produces exciting cuvées and distinctive varietal wines from Syrah, Grenache (black, white and grey varieties!), Mourvèdre, Viognier and Roussanne.
