Description
blend of Grenache noir, Syrah and Carignan. After manual harvesting and destemming, the grapes are placed in 500-liter barrels, where they undergo 5 weeks of maceration, with manual crushing. The grapes are then pressed, fermented in oak barrels and aged for another 10 months. The aroma is dominated by black fruit notes, complemented by the presence of violets. Rich and complex in the mouth, aromas of yarrow, chocolate and blackberry enchant the taster, accompanied by elegant and velvety tannins.
