Description
The grapes come from the estate's Les Rocs (rocky) vineyard. 85% merlot and 15% cabernet sauvignon give this great blend. Thanks to the biodynamic approach, no additives were used during winemaking. Thus, this wine does not contain added sulphur. Aged for 24 months in oak barrels. All cellar operations were aligned with the lunar calendar. Deep red in the glass, dense and opaque with a purple tint. Its scent is extremely intense and rich, and new aromas appear after a longer period of time. Tasted full-bodied, complex, with wonderful harmony. An exceptional wine, tasting it is a great experience.
