Description
In our wine, the cabernet franc gives the fullness, the merlot the soft kindness, and then the intense notes of the cabernet sauvignon complete this pairing. The wines rested for 15 months in 225 and 500 l oak barrels, which were 1/3 new, 1/3 second fill and 1/3 third fill.
