Description
To make sparkling wine, glera grapes are gently pressed and the must is fermented without the skin. The base wine is then re-fermented in a tank using charmat technology. This well-structured prosecco stands out with its bright, straw-colored hue and its pronounced yet stylish pearling. Its aroma is dominated by apples, while its taste is mixed with aromas reminiscent of honey, black licorice and acacia flowers.
