Description
The raw material, which is 100% aglianico, is grown in the vicinity of Paternopoli, at an altitude of 500 meters above sea level. The breed was probably brought by the Greeks in the 7th-6th century BC. around the century. The color of the wine resembles ink, hence its name. A rich, intensely spicy and at the same time very fruity batch, it is characterized by rounded acids and soft tannins. It goes well with almost everything.
