Description
Grapes grown without chemicals, organic farming, crop limitation (78 q / 1 ha), carefully hand-harvested, hand-picked berries and gentle grape processing characterize the production of the wine. It was aged for 22 months in 225-liter new oak barrels on a fine broom (sur lie) with continuous stirring (battonage). During the preparation of the wine, we used only natural and vegan materials. It was aged by barrel sorting before bottling. The wine is ruby-red in color and has an intense aroma dominated by blackcurrant, blackberry and chocolate, and its taste is a harmonious combination of spicy, forest fruit aromas with a vanilla finish. Nice acidity and elevated structure characterize this serious, long, balanced wine. A young, modern, elegant wine with long aging potential, with a rounded tannin structure.
