Extremely elegant cava. Parellada, macabeo, xarel-lo and chardonnay make up the blend, which has undergone at least 40 months of bottle aging. Bright golden color. Very fine, persistent bubbles. Aroma of ripe fruit, aging notes, toasted nuts, yeast. Perfectly balanced. Long and pleasant finish.
The winery produces a total of 130,000 bottles of Cava per year and everything is done by hand. Manual rotation-shaking, degorsing, corking, etc.
