sweet Tokaj wine specialty made from the joint harvest of ripe, overripe and aging grapes. In the aroma, the richness of honey, pear and fine grapes, in the background the oaky notes resulting from barrel aging and elegant botrytis. The taste has a lot of fruit, vanilla and citrus notes, a little caramel creaminess. In addition to its sweetness, its citrusy, fresh, light, vibrant, playful acid-sugar-alcohol ratio makes it very easy to drink. It fermented in a cooled steel tank and then matured for more than a year in Zemplén oak barrels of various sizes in the exceptional tranquility of our 5.5 km long Szegi Cellar.
