Description
It has a light color, slightly bronze-tinged, in the glass. The aroma is of dry rose petals, honeyed, white-fleshed peaches. A rich, full sip, good acids, fleshy body, and then the peach takes over in taste. It has a higher alcohol content than our other varieties, with a slight citrus note at the end of the sip. A perfect choice for oriental-flavored dishes or even white meats made with fruit.
