Description
Following a late-August harvest and rapid processing, the must is immediately transferred to temperature-controlled tanks to preserve the maximum range of flavor notes during fermentation. After 18 days of fermentation and malolactic conversion, the wine undergoes three months of aging in small barrels before bottling, where it rests for a further six months. A rich, full-bodied Mediterranean red wine.
