The low dosage presents the consumer with refined elegance. For more than 500 years and 21 generations, the Bisol family has been involved in grape growing. The "Jeio" brand takes its name from the nickname of Giovanna Bisol's husband, Desiderio. The unique characteristics of the Valdobbiadene area allow Prosecco Superiore to rise above the average Prosecco quality. The producers cultivate the steep hillside vineyards exclusively by hand with dedicated and exhausting work. In 2009, the Conegliano hills were included in a new territorial classification called Prosecco DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene, which imposes strict quality requirements on producers to distinguish their outstanding quality and give identity to this beautiful hilly area. The vineyards are oriented east-south-west, with double curtain and Sylvoz cultivation methods, located at an altitude of 200 meters above sea level. The harvest begins in September in Conegliano and ends in Valdobbiadene.
