Moillard-Thomas is one of the oldest wine merchants in Burgundy's famous Côtes de Nuits, having been making wine since the 19th century.
This bright and fresh crémant is made using the traditional method from selected grape varieties, including Chardonnay, Gamay and Pinot Noir, all grown in the Côte Chalonnaise and Mâconnais.
With its delicate bubbles and spicy, floral aromas, it is perfect as an aperitif or with seafood.
