Description
On the nose, vibrant raspberry, succulent wild strawberry, and redcurrant create the initial impression, complemented by refreshing green herbal notes—tarragon and lime zest. The sparkling wine’s creamy mousse beautifully carries the ripe fruit flavors, while fresh acidity and 12 g/l of residual sugar strike an excellent balance.
