Description
late-harvest wine made from overripe, shriveled and dried fruit with elegant acidity. Its flavors reflect the volcanic soil of the Tokaj wine region. Medium light straw yellow color. The aroma is intense, ripe and dried fruits, botrytis and elegant barrel. Deep, full-bodied sip, compote, dried apricot flavor, harmonious finish. Wine and food pairing: again an aperitif-type wine, because of the good acids, you could go with a little toast with scallop carpaccio drizzled with olive oil, or fried oyster canollo - a Sicilian dessert called rum baby, a pleasant accompaniment to an afternoon cookie instead of tea (alcohol: 12% vol, residual sugar : 89 g/l, acid: 5.68 g/l)
