Description
Pálinka made from an old Hungarian cherry variety with fresh, fruity aromas. One of the gems of the Premium collection. Completely transparent, water-clear, with glycerine rings on the wall of the glass. It smells like fresh fruit warmed by the heat of the sun. Not pushy, but firm. It doesn't have a sting, it doesn't sting the nose, it's just soft and sweet. The aftertaste has a delicate "bone-shell" character, although the gypsy cherry is carefully pitted during processing. Due to its gentle acidity and complex aromas, it can be the beginning and the end. An aperitif as well as a digestif.
