Description
Our white sparkling wine is based on Rhine Riesling and, surprisingly, a blue grape, Pinot Noir. We do not rely on fragrant varieties, but rather refine this carbon dioxide-enriched batch to a richer, more sparkling line. We harvest it early, as a sparkling base. A reductive, tank-aged sparkling wine, with low alcohol, vibrant acids and an exciting, long finish.
