Golden yellow in color with fine, persistent bubbles. Complex with pleasant intensity. The nose recalls ripe, matured fruit and lightly toasted, herbal notes. Pleasant mousse, well-structured palate, and a long, enjoyable finish.

Ageing: minimum 24 months
The winery produces a total of 130,000 bottles of Cava per year, all entirely by hand. Manual riddling, disgorging, corking, and every step of the process are carried out traditionally.
