A white-gold glow complements its straw yellow color. The perlage is extremely elegant and persistent. Its rich aroma is dominated by shades of apple and refreshing citrus fruits, accompanied by white peach, almond blossom and toasty aromas. Elegant and harmonious flavors are led by the unmistakable fruity notes typical of Chardonnay. In the aftertaste, these fruits are followed by slight almond nuances and delicate yeast and remain in the mouth for a long time. 50 months of maturing on brooms.
