A great wine from exceptional vintages. We made our wine at its full maturity, from selected, high-quality raw materials, using innovative processing technology. It was aged in young and new oak barrels for five weeks. Nice body, pleasant acids, creamy oak barrel notes, distinct minerality.
We recommend: with fish dishes, dishes fried in butter, fine dining experiences.
