Bright, straw yellow in colour with green reflections, persistent and particularly fine perlage. Fresh and elegant nose, with subdued meadow flowers, complemented by light fruitiness. The rich taste of pear and apple, combined with the perfumed aromas, brings complete harmony. For over 500 years and 21 generations, the Bisol family has been involved in viticulture. Crede means clay in the local dialect, which is a determining factor in the soil of Valdobbiadene. The ancient slopes - once the seabed - were formed in such a way that the earth slowly bent and curved upwards, arranging the soil layers almost vertically. The water-retaining properties of the clay-rich soil keep the water close to the roots of the vines, ensuring a constant supply. This property allows the grapes to produce rich and elegant acids, as well as delicate, floral notes.
