“Fordítás” is one of Tokaj-Hegyalja’s rare specialties, crafted according to local tradition by resoaking the gently pressed aszú berries a second time. The result is a wine of high extract, rich in fruity and aszú-like flavours, with an exciting sugar acid balance and the distinctive aromas of barrel ageing.
