Description
The sparkling partner of the quiet Irsai, a lively, light white wine. Citrus, jasmine, and a hint of flint can be detected in the aroma. Grapefruit and salt dominate the taste. The sip is full, the acids are not too harsh, but they hold the wine nicely. The grapes harvested by machine, with berries, were settled after pressing, and then fermented in a steel tank while cooled. Some of them were fermented with species yeast, the other part was fermented spontaneously, and in the finished product they were combined for greater complexity.
This wine has a low histamine content, so it can be consumed by those sensitive to histamine. Histamine content: 0.029 mg/L
