Description
At the Bolyki Estate, quality is our highest priority, which is why for many years our goal has been to produce a Bikavér in the highest “grand superior” category. The puzzle came together slowly, and finally thanks to a fortunate vineyard purchase we were able to harvest grapes of the necessary quality from four different varieties in the Verpelét Öreghegy vineyard in the 2020 vintage. Tasting the barrels in the cellar, and later during blending, it became clear that the estate’s new flagship wine had been born.
