Selected from mature French 20-year-old vines harvested from the tuff, brown forest soil area of the old mountain of Eger. Eger red wine with a peppery, spicy, excitingly woody, tight tannin structure, matured for one year in tanks and vats, spontaneously fermented, in new and used 500-liter oak barrels.
