Description
A blend of Syrah and Monastrell in full bloom. Colorful and rich inside and out. Half Monastrell, half Syrah. Hand-harvested from limestone soil, from low-yielding vines over 15 years old. Aged in French Allier oak barrels for a minimum of 9 months. Deep purple-red wine, delicate aromas of black and red fruits, incredibly elegant oak, a complex, Mediterranean cavalcade of pastries, balsam, spices and vanilla notes.
