Description
The raw material from the excellent Spern Steiner vineyard provided the wine with a deep ruby red color and a concentrated aroma, dominated mainly by black-fleshed fruits, noble oak aromas, barrel spices, tobacco, as well as bitter chocolate and rum cherries. The taste is full-bodied and multi-layered, with a dense and almost creamy texture. This Blue Frank is characterized by exceptionally rich and complex aromatics, which present the original face of the grape in the most natural way possible. A long finish, minerality and a slightly unruly structure await, so that over time all the ingredients will perfectly unite in this promising wine. Thus, with further maturation, its lush structure can naturally be tamed, in which the deep and valuable flavor notes of the growing area are almost tangible.
