Description
limited edition wine from the truly captivating, wildly romantic Minervois area. Old vines provided the raw material, syrah (60%), grenache (30%) and mourvedre (10%). During the processing, the syrah undergoes carbonic acid maceration, while the grenache undergoes cold maceration and hand-crushing. It was bottled after 15 months of maturation in new oak barrels. Blackcurrant, petrol and anise are the leading aromas, then the same range returns in the mouth alongside amazingly soft tannins. A very concentrated, captivating "Top Wine"
