Description
Mid-September, night harvest. Fermentation took place at 24 degrees, under controlled conditions, with selected yeasts. The aging took place in tanks for 1 year, then in French barrels for half a year, as a result of which the winery bottled a dark burgundy-colored wine with a medium-intense, spicy aroma. In the sip, the spicy aromas are reflected, as well as ripe blackberries and delicate barrel use.
