Description
cuvée made from a blend of Syrah, Mourvèdre and Grenache. The hand harvest was followed by 5 days of maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks at 8°C, followed by fermentation at 16-20°C, thus preserving the fruitiness and tannins. The nose shows very complex aromas, especially rich in red and black fruit notes. The palate is fresh with elegant tannins
