Description
80% of the wine is fermented and aged in stainless steel, 20% in oak barrels. Sugar content 6 g/l. Over four years of maturing on lees.
Origin: Claude Mandois was impressed by the exceptional quality of the Pinot Noir grapes used for the Brut Origine blend, so in 2012 he decided to create the wine as a separate cuvée. He carefully selected the Pinot Noir grapes from the best plots owned by friends and partners of the Mandois family.
The vision: This Blanc de Noirs has been designed to create the perfect balance between freshness and complexity.
Cellar Master's Notes: A different expression of the Mandois style, this sparkling wine is made from carefully selected grapes whose quality has long been recognized and appreciated.
