Description
Located on the border of Erdőbénye, on the southeast side, with colorful and rich soil, the clusters of Meszes were hand-picked in October, when fully ripe, and then the ripe berries were picked from the harvest crates and put into the press. After gentle pressing and gravity must settling, it was inoculated and fermented in barrels and matured in 500-liter new barrels for a year. A warm, sunny vintage, perfectly ripe, botrytis-free fruit, a rich, multi-flavored wine. Its acids are balanced by 8 grams of natural residual sugar, which is made even more complex by delicate mineral notes and nice, unobtrusive oak. Juicy grapes, ripe flat peaches, wildflowers.
