Description
The raw material for our HEMATIT Italian Riesling was selected from our red sandstone vineyards rich in hematite iron ore. This ancient mineral red soil is the geological hallmark of Csopak. The complex, salty-fruity Italian Rieslings from here have established Csopak's recent reputation. Organic grapes, hand-harvested. The picking and crushing were followed by short skin soaking, gentle pressing, then tank fermentation and 8-month fine sweeping maturation.
